Project Description: A retail center featuring boutique shops, restaurants, and communal spaces.
Building Use: Retail & dining.
Scope of Work: Design‑build encompassing site prep, architectural shell, structural and MEP systems, interior tenant builds, façade finishes, signage, and full permitting.
